RIVERSIDE, Calif. -- A sudden storm brought street flooding and downed trees to Riverside and other parts of the Inland Empire on Sunday.
At least two cars were partially submerged in flood waters in a neighborhood located at Lime and Poplar streets. The drivers were not harmed.
