FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Plea deals were offered to former Fresno Deputy Police Chief Keith Foster and the remaining defendants in the drug case.

The offer to Foster includes time in federal prison. Foster's attorney tells Action News he has not spoken to Foster about the deal and he is not sure he will accept the deal.
