FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Eight people have been arrested on prostitution charges as part of a six month undercover operation by the Porterville and Tulare Police departments.
Tuesday night, the Porterville City Council voted 5-0 to revoke the license of "Best Massage" effective immediately.

Police recently arrested a Los Angeles resident on prostitution charges at the parlor. But there have been eight prostitution arrests in all, at four different Porterville massage parlors.
