FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Visalia police say rain caused transformers to short circuit at two different locations in the city on Sunday morning.
One transformer at Walnut Avenue near Linwood Street caught fire. An Action News viewer took a photo that showed the pole in flames.
Fire crews kept it from spreading until a Southern California Edison crew arrived to secure the power and make repairs.
