CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) -- On Tuesday, Clovis police announced missing 77-year-old Lucia Rangel was found safe in the Bay Area.
Clovis detectives were able to locate Rangel in Santa Rosa, Calif. just before 5 p.m.
