Fresno County Sheriff's detectives have an arrest warrant out for 53-year-old Salvador Rizo Pacheco of Kerman.
Detectives are asking for the public's help finding Pacheco.
He is 5'8" and weighs 265 pounds.
Deputies say on October 4, they were called to a home on South Congress Avenue near North Avenue around 10 p.m.
When they arrived, they found 63-year-old Martin Tovar Zalazar with several injuries.
He was taken to Community Regional Medical Center, where he later died.
Homicide detectives and the Fresno County Sheriff's Crime Scene Unit worked to collect evidence that they say pointed to Pacheco as the primary suspect.
Both the victim and suspect knew each other.
