According to police, they responded at about 8:00 Friday night to a large disturbance. Seven men got into an altercation where three were stabbed.

The three victims were all transported to Fresno-area hospitals, one had to be airlifted due to his age.
According to police, four suspects were detained.
Investigators believe the motive was a dispute between neighbors which may have been gang related.
Police said all of the victims are expected to be okay.
