FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A train sparked a grass fire in northwest Fresno Sunday night.

Firefighters doused the flames at the river bottom just off Highway 99 and Herndon Avenue, near the police officers range.
They say a passing train sent a spark into dry grass nearby and the fire spread from there, but not too far.
