Court proceedings are scheduled to begin July 28 at the Fresno County Superior Courthouse. The trial itself is expected to take about two weeks.
Last month, a judge ruled the teen girl accused in connection with Caleb Quick's death at a Clovis McDonald's will not stand trial as an adult and that she can be rehabilitated in juvenile hall.
Prosecutors say the teen's boyfriend is the alleged shooter. He is scheduled for a similar hearing later this year to determine if he should stand trial as an adult.
