The festival was organized by The Tulare County League of Mexican American Women and the Tulare County Museum.
Held at Mooney Grove Park in Visalia, attendees got free admission while learning about various cultures.
Organizers encouraged families to bring a picnic blanket and enjoy the sights and sounds of diverse performances.
Cultural attire was also embraced as part of the Central Valley Around the World Exhibition.
