Authorities say the woman fell down the ravine near Highway 190 and Wishon just after 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
Naval Air Station Lemoore was asked to assist the sheriff's office with the rescue, but she was luckily found before they arrived.
The woman was airlifted to a hospital and her condition is unknown at this time.
It is unknown what led to the woman falling down the ravine.
