The newspaper reported a round of secret talks has been taking place for several months and all five girls are on board for the 2018 reunion.
They will reportedly be working together on a series of projects which include an album, and a tv special celebrating the Spice Girls.
The paper says getting Victoria to agree was the hardest part since she has always been the person holding back on a reunion.
