A jury has reached a decision in the trial against a man accused in a deadly Tower District stabbing two years ago.
FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A jury has reached a decision in the trial against a man accused in a deadly Tower District stabbing two years ago.
They found Davin Rodriguez not guilty of second degree murder but guilty of voluntary manslaughter in the death of Jerald Riley. Rodriguez will be back in court next month and faces as much as four to 12 years in prison.
