The call came in just after 1:30 Monday afternoon in the area of Avenue 93 and Road 236.
The Tulare County Sheriff's Office says deputies found the two victims - who were then taken to a nearby hospital.
During the investigation, detectives found and arrested 28-year-old Elias Mosqueda as the suspect in the double stabbing.
They were both treated and have since been released from the hospital.
