CASA - Court Appointed Special Advocates of Fresno and Madera Counties or CASA need volunteers.

The goal is to train people in the community to become advocates for children in the foster care system. CASA is also having its annual Crab Feed fundraiser. Enjoy crab, chicken, a silent auction and much more.

Of the conference is to encourage people to live their lives with no limits. It's a chance for women to spend a day for themselves. The day includes inspiring speakers, informative sessions, marketplace, and more! Michelle Leath is an expert at eating psychology.

She says eating psychology is looking at the powerful connection between our thoughts and feelings and how our bodies process and metabolize food we eat. Eating psychology looks at who we are as eaters, and a deeper understanding of the relationship we have with food, and that impacts the choices we make and experiences.

SUPPORTING YOUTH AND THE ARTS: The Cultural Arts Rotary Club is teaming up for the fundraiser called A Toast To the Town. Proceeds will help them support youth and arts-related organizations.

Studies show kids learn better when they have arts in their lives.

This year's fundraiser includes music by the After Dinner Mints and Clarkie Cobb. Attendees can enjoy food from over 20 local restaurants.
