Both are facing charges for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and manufacturing a controlled substance.
Authorities found 556 grams of concentrated cannabis, 134 pounds of marijuana, two firearms and nearly $19,000 in cash.
Police booked both suspects into the Tulare County Jail.
