Investigators say 40-year-old Juan Carlos Viera was found with gunshot wounds in front of a house near Houston and Garden.
He was rushed to Kaweah Health Medical Center, where he later died.
No description of the suspect has been released. Detectives are now working to determine what led to the deadly shooting.
