Authorities have identified her as Guillermina Carapia Lara of Fresno.
The crash happened shortly before 7 Wednesday night at the intersection of Manning and Marks, just east of Raisin City.
CHP officers say Lara was driving her Honda Fit south on Marks when she pulled out in front of a 54-year-old man driving a semi-truck heading west on Manning.
The driver of the truck swerved but hit Lara.
She died at the scene.
The driver of the truck was not hurt.
