Trying to rev up your heart rate? I like to mix things up and boxing is a great way to get the heart rate going.
Start with shadow boxing at short intervals maybe 15 seconds to 30. You can try a couple different punches to work on your upper body, legs and core - it does everything!
I enjoy working out with a partner. It helps keep me consistent and on track. it's a great way to work on your fitness and have fun at the same time.
