Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff's Office took 30-year old *Brian Newton* into custody tonight.
He had been on the run for more than three weeks.
Newton, 31-year old David Cain and 30-year old Dewon Alexander are all suspects in the killing of 35-year old Albert Regalado.

Regalado's body was found in a field near Avenue 244 and Road 68 last month.
Detectives have not shared a possible motive for this murder.
