The car left a trail of smoke in its path as a second angle shows a Fresno Police car not far behind.
The footage was taken moments before the car, now identified as a suspect vehicle, crashed into another car filled with innocent bystanders.
The crash sent both into Palm and Olive Antiques.

Police say that's when a 17-year-old suspect got out and ran from the crash site before being taken into custody.
"We do know that there was a total of two firearms that were in the vehicle," Fresno Police Sgt. Diana Vega said.
Vega says the incident actually started a few miles away at a home on Yale and West avenues, where officers received several calls of a disturbance involving the same car.
A neighbor told police they believe they heard people inside the car rack an object that sounded like a gun.
"One of the officers attempted to do a traffic stop on the vehicle and the vehicle failed to yield. The officer stopped pursuing a vehicle," Vega said.
The crash would happen only minutes later.
Now, the popular store is left boarded up and closed the next day.
Christopher Cruz and his family own CRZ Customs on Olive Avenue, who used to be neighbors with the antique shop years ago.
He says this kind of incident is a hard hit for any small business.
"Everything's expensive. They have to replace to replace everything and the days that they don't open is also lost for them as well," Cruz said.
Antique lovers come from far and wide to find treasures at the shop like clothes and décor.
Photos show what that corner of the store looked like before the crash, each item one of a kind..
"All of the furniture that they have also has a lot of history behind it so all of that gets lost and sometimes you can't even fix it to its normal place that it was," Cruz said.
The 17-year-old suspect could be facing several firearms-related charges.
Police say they are still investigating whether there were more people in the suspect's car at the time.
