Crews were called out to a home on Sands Road and 3rd Street in Delhi Wednesday morning and found it engulfed in flames.
When fire crews arrived, they found three people dead inside of a back house.
Family has identified the victims as 58-year old Franklin Compton, and two children, 4-year-old Rocky Compton and 10-year-old Aaron 'Ace' Avila.
They're both such loving little kids. My niece is just crazy," said Candy Silva.
"And that poor baby is so quiet. Is such a good boy.
Charred toys and rubble was all that was left of the blaze by Wednesday afternoon.
Daniela and her family live next door and were awoken by screams for help.
"To hear the scream, to hear her scream. It definitely felt like a nightmare last night, " recalled Daniela.
"It still feels like it it feels like it's not ending. It just feels like, so unfair. I just can't get everything out of my head".
The victims' mother who lives in the front house is now displaced.
Both children were students at Delhi Unified.
The district is now rallying its resources for the grieving community.
"Every single site is going to develop a space For students and staff to be able to reach out for support," explained Jose Miguel Kubes, superintendent of Delhi Unified.
"We are also going to share information to our staff members as far as what they can do to help."
A GoFundMe account has been set up to help the family recover from the fire.
