FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is in the hospital after police say he was slashed multiple times in central Fresno Tuesday morning.
It happened in the area of Saginaw and Thorne just before 8 am.
Police arrived and found the man with four to five slashing knife wounds on the right side of his body.
He was taken to Community Regional Medical Center, and his condition has not been released.
Authorities quickly identified a suspect and took him into custody.
