A man is in the hospital after police say he was slashed multiple times in central Fresno Tuesday morning.
Anaheim Ducks forward Antoine Vermette was ejected from Tuesday's game after slashing at referee Shandor Alphonso following a faceoff. Vermette could face an automatic 10-game suspension.
