It happened on Grove and Holloway around 2:30 am Thursday.
Police say the woman was shot from the road while inside her home. Shell casings are visible in the street.
The woman was rushed to the hospital, and her condition is not known.
Police say multiple people were inside the home at the time of the shooting.
Shots were also fired nearby at Eugenia and Backer. No one was hit, and police are investigating if the shootings are related.
Drivers should avoid the area as the investigation continues.
