Man arrested for homicide following shooting that killed woman in Los Banos, police say

According to Los Banos police, just after midnight, officers were sent to a home east of Los Banos Junior High School on Edward Street, where they found a woman with a gunshot wound. Officers tried to give medical aid to the woman, but she died at the scene.
