Workout Wednesday: Hips and Core

When thinking about balance and strength we don't tend to think about our hips and core.

To have strength and stability in our daily lives hip exercises are a great foundation for working range of motion and strengthening this area to help avoid injury.

Doing the following exercises will help you stay healthy and fit:

Hip stabilizers

Hip rotations

Donkey kick/raises
