FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- There is a heavy police presence in north Fresno early Tuesday morning surrounding two popular shopping centers.
Authorities have a portion of Blackstone blocked off between El Paso and Nees, which is between the Villaggio and River Park shopping centers.
Drivers should avoid the area during their morning commute as the investigation continues.
