Lost Realms Pet Store in Northeast Fresno now closed

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- It has been less than a year since a pet store held a grand opening in Northeast Fresno.

Lost Realms Pet Store at Cedar and Nees has closed its doors. In a voicemail, owners say the closure is due to "unforeseen circumstances."

Lost Realms claimed to be the largest reptile superstore and indoor zoo on the West Coast, with up to 50 different species.

No word yet if the closure is permanent or if the business will re-open in another location.
