CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Clovis Unified Governing Board approved new boundaries for the next school year.
Clovis Unified first proposed the changes back in September saying rapid growth on the northeast part of the district was causing overcrowding at some schools like Fugman Elementary.
Families seeing the biggest changes include Maple Creek, Wood, and Liberty Elementary Schools. The three feed students to two different high schools. Now they'll feed to just one.
Liberty Elementary kids will attend Clovis West High School, Woods Elementary will feed to Buchanan, and Maple Creek students will eventually attend Clovis West.
