Reading Heart: Give a book, and you could get a bike
FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Your donation could have you walking away with a bike from Sunnyside Bikes. The business is the drop off site for the Reading Heart Book Drive.
Reading Heart was founded by eight-year-old Fresno resident Danay Ferguson, who was inspired to start her business because she wanted to share her passion for reading with others. Two lucky donors will win a bicycle each as part of Sunnyside Bicycles' book drive this month to benefit Reading Heart. One raffle entry will be given for every book donated, and books for all ages are welcome. The goal is to collect 600 books for Reading Heart by March 31, 2015.
You can donate a new or gently used book to Sunnyside Bicycles and get entered to win a beach cruiser. The drive runs until March 31, 2015.
