Firefighters battle house fire in Springville, 2 people injured

SPRINGVILLE, Calif. (KFSN) -- Two people are being treated for burn injuries after a home caught on fire Friday morning.

The flames broke out shortly after 5:00 a.m. near Highway 190 and Balch Park Road. Tulare County firefighters said the home was fully involved when they arrived and they took a defensive position to keep the flames from spreading into the forest.

Fire officials have not determined a cause for the fire but they will continue to investigate the scene.
