2 arrested in shooting death of Janessa Ramirez

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno police arrested 22-year-old Brian Cooks and 19-year-old Isaac Stafford in connection with the shooting death of 9-year-old Janessa Ramirez.
