2 suspects sought in shooting at Central Fresno apartment complex

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are looking for two suspects in a shooting at a Central Fresno apartment complex. It happened just before 10 a.m. Friday at the Garland Gardens Apartments on Pleasant Avenue; that's near Marks and Dakota avenues.

A 53-year-old man was shot several times in the chest. He was taken to Community Regional Medical Center for surgery. At last check, he was considered extremely critical.

Two suspects got away. There is no word on a motive, but witnesses say they heard an argument right before the shooting.
