Dylan Noble's mother asks for more video from Fresno Police

FRESNO, California (KFSN) -- Dylan Noble's mother says the Fresno Police Department is still hiding information about her son's death, including video from body cameras.

Police chief Jerry Dyer has released video from the body cameras on two officers. But Veronica Nelson's attorney, Stuart Chandler, says it cuts off before the video should've ended and doesn't include audio of the officers talking after shooting the 19-year-old.

"If the city can provide the media with incomplete video last week, it can certainly provide the complete video to me today," Stuart Chandler wrote in a follow-up demand to the city attorney's office.

Later that day, the city attorney's office gave him the same video the media received, which Chandler says is incomplete.

He's filed a demand - a writ of mandate -- in court for the city of Fresno to release the video, as well as radio transmissions and the original 911 call officers were responding to. Chandler believes the caller gave a description of an armed man who didn't resemble Dylan at all.

We asked the police department and the city attorney's office to respond, but they have not commented.
