Firefighters Rescue Trapped Kitten

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Dinuba Firefighters responded out to the Walmart around 1 p.m. for a kitten stuck in a crevice.

To remove the kitten, they had to climb up on the roof and remove a panel then lowered a cat trap and lifted the kitten to safety.

Police said that it appeared to be uninjured. They turned the cat over to the woman who reported the stuck kitten.

The rescue operation lasted about four hours.
