3 caught in stolen truck tied to kidnapping case, Fresno police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Three people are in custody after Fresno police say they were caught driving a stolen truck that's tied to an even more serious crime.

Officers arrested 23-year-old Robquiesha Bonilla, 18-year-old Shayna Hoover, and a 17-year-old boy on charges of possessing a stolen vehicle. Investigators say they were driving a gray Nissan Frontier on Shields near Maroa on Saturday night.

The truck was taken during what officers classify as a carjacking/kidnapping case. They're still investigating if the three suspects are tied to that crime as well.
