Homemade bicycle-lawnmower stolen, Clovis police post on Facebook

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Well, here's something you don't see every day. And Clovis police asked for your help tracking it down on the departments Facebook page. It's a homemade bicycle-lawnmower. It was stolen from outside a home near Fowler and Barstow.
