Legal complaints filed against Fresno County and PG&E over gun range explosion

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Legal complaints have been filed against Fresno County and PG&E after last week's gas line explosion. The blast injured more than a dozen people. Seven of them are still recovering at Community Regional Medical Center.

Six of the injured are Fresno County Jail inmates and their injuries and conditions range from minor to critical. A Fresno County Public Works employee is also recovering, he is in critical condition.
