Man dies in Central Fresno after being found foaming at the mouth and acting erratic

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A bizarre case in Central Fresno after a man was found acting erratically and foaming at the mouth.

Fresno police were called to the area of First and Clinton just after noon Tuesday. Witnesses said the man had his pants down and appeared agitated. When investigators arrived - people were standing around him.

The 34-year-old man was taken to Community Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Police are not sure what led to his death and are asking anyone with more information to come forward.
