FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- At least 29 people have been injured after an explosion at 131 West 23rd Street in Manhattan, sources say.
The explosion happened around 8:30 p.m. Saturday. 28 of those injuries are minor, and one injury is being described as serious. No fatalities have been reported.
As of 11 p.m., NYPD reports that they are investigating a second device in the area.
"At this moment we do not see a link to terror," said New York Mayor Bill de Blasio.
We believe this is an intentional act," said New York City Police Commissioner James O'Neill.
