MMA fighter hog-ties suspected bank robber in Florida

LARGO, FL -- A suspected bank robber was arrested after he was hog-tied by an MMA Fighter.

Eric Haritakis, who goes by the nickname Ginja Ninja, was waiting inside a Florida bank when heard the clerk yell that she was just robbed. Haritakis sprinted into action and ran after the suspect. He detained the man outside the bank and hog-tied him with duct tape.

"I saw the right time and I realized that if he had a weapon that he would have drawn it already," Haritakis told ABC affiliate WFTS-TV. "I just timed it right and took him down."

Deputies arrived and arrested Michael Jon Neubecker. He's charged with one count of unarmed robbery.
