Protesters block off a Southeast Fresno intersection

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Roughly a dozen protesters were standing in the middle of the intersection on Chestnut and Kings Canyon avenues.

Several Fresno police officers are monitoring the situation and say the protestors have been peaceful.

A few people participating in the protest say they're protesting police brutality.
