Visalia bar shooting suspect arrested

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Samuel Bermudez, 27, is facing attempted homicide charges after investigators say he shot four people outside The Fifth Quarter Bar in Visalia.

Visalia police say they responded to a shots fired call at The Fifth Quarter Bar and Restaurant just before 1 a.m. Monday morning. Officers found a car nearby with five people inside, including four men who had been shot.

One of the victims is in critical condition tonight, but is expected to survive.

Police believe this shooting involves gangs.
