Larry Nance Jr.has a sprained right wrist, but no fracture or ligament damage, the Los Angeles Lakers said Friday.

Nance was injured with only seconds remaining in Thursday's 88-80 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers during the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.

The Lakers said after the game that X-rays taken showed a "probable fracture.''

Nance, a 2015 first-round draft pick out of the University of Wyoming, suffered the injury with 35.7 seconds left in the fourth quarter during a drive to the rim. Nance went airborne and a Cavaliers player took a charge, causing Nance to come down hard.

He appeared to land on his right wrist and remained down on the court in pain before eventually being helped to the locker room by Lakers head athletic trainer Marco Nuñez.

Nance finished with 12 points and 10 rebounds against the Cavaliers, continuing a string of strong summer league performances
