The Los Angeles Rams and defensive tackle Michael Brockers have agreed to the framework of a three-year extension through 2019, a source told ESPN's Josina Anderson on Tuesday.
The 25-year-old Brockers was the 14th overall pick in the 2012 draft out of LSU.
He has 14.5 sacks and has been durable in the NFL, starting 61 of 62 games he has played -- including all 16 regular-season contests the past three years.
Brockers had two tackles in the Rams' season-opening loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Monday.
