DENVER -- San Diego Padres right-hander Andrew Cashner left a game Friday night against Colorado with upper back and neck tightness after throwing six pitches.

Cashner struck out Charlie Blackmon to start the first, and then threw a changeup out of the strike zone to DJ LeMahieu before walking behind the mound.

Catcher Derek Norris and manager Andy Green trotted to the mound to check on him. Cashner was immediately taken out and replaced by reliever Luis Perdomo.

Cashner was on the disabled list last month with a strained right hamstring. He's 3-5 with a 4.75 ERA this season.
