With the stroke of Kevin Durant's feathery, walk-up, dagger 3-pointer Wednesday night, the Cleveland Cavaliers' fate in these NBA Finals is nearly sealed.

It's been a mostly one-sided affair thus far, but the stakes in Game 4 are vast for the Cavs. Lose, and the Golden State Warriors become the first team in NBA history to go an unblemished 16-0 through a postseason. Win, and they still have a long way to go -- no team in NBA history has rallied to win a Finals after being down 3-0.

Meanwhile, for as much as LeBron James has carried Cleveland with his superb play (with a little help from Kyrie Irving, of course),Paul Pierce's declaration that Durant "may be the best player in the world today" is looking a little less bold after Wednesday night's performance fit for a Finals MVP.

But is Durant really the so-called best player in the world? And what does Cleveland have to do to get off the canvas? Give us your take on the biggest storylines headed into Game 4:

Game 4 tips off Friday at 9 p.m. ET at Cleveland's Quicken Loans Arena.
