Wil Myers returns to DL with wrist tendinitis

The San Diego PadresputWil Myersback on the 15-day disabled list Monday with left wrist tendinitis.

Myers played in just three games after being activated from a rehab assignment June 11. Prior to that, he had been sidelined since May 11 because of the injury.

Myers is hitting .277 with five homers, 19 RBIs and three stolen bases, usually hitting leadoff and starting in center field. He was acquired in an offseason trade with the Tampa Bay Rays.
