Officials from the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating what caused a small plane to crash-land near the Selma Airport Saturday.

The FAA says the single-engine plane, a Taylorcraft DCO-65, lost power on take off and went down in a field near Huntsman and De Wolf Avenues.

One of the two people on board suffered minor injuries. The plane is registered to a man in Riverdale and was manufactured in 1943.
